Crochet hook roll

Crochet hook roll (first try)

My first try at this crochet hook roll (right) was pretty good, although I may not have left enough room for seams, or folded the top down too far because it wasn’t tall enough for all my hooks! Despite my initial measurements. Other than that I was pretty happy with the way it came out (apart from the final seam) so I tried it again a bit taller (pictured with the hooks in it).

My recent patch of sewing has left me feeling that my sewing skills leave something to be desired. It just doesn’t have the fine finish that many achieve. So I’ve booked into a sewing workshop in about a month. I’m a bit excited about it!

Also, I love rivets for attaching and finishing off things like ribbon ties and elastic.
